During his cross examination for today's trial between Microsoft/Activision Blizzard and the Federal Trade Commission, Booty was asked a series of questions about PlayStation releases for Bethesda games following Microsoft's acquisition of ZeniMax. An FTC lawyer asked about the already-released PlayStation versions of games like Deathloop, Ghostwire: Tokyo, and The Outer Worlds, as Booty clarified that Bethesda already had commitments to release those games on PlayStation prior to the acquisition.

Bethesda's Todd Howard has revealed only 10% of Starfield's 1,000 planets have life on them.
Speaking to Kinda Funny Games, Howard explained how Bethesda populated Starfield's universe, saying different planets serve different purposes.

Submarine-based horror game Iron Lung has seen a sales spike following OceanGate's Titan submersible going missing, something the developer has said "feels so wrong".
Developer David Szymanski shared a graph showing a spike in sales of Iron Lung that began on June 19, when the media began reporting on the missing submersible. "This feels so wrong," Szymanski said in the tweet.
"I made Iron Lung the most nightmarish thing I could think of, and knowing real people are in that situation right now is pretty horrific, even if it was their own bad decisions," they added.

Gematsu spotted the Quake 2 Remastered listing on the reliably leaky Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea. At the time of publication, the listing is still live, and confirms a release on PC. IGN has asked Bethesda for comment.

Microsoft's actions following its acquisition of ZeniMax and Bethesda is "powerful evidence" in favor of preventing the company's purchase of Activision Blizzard, the Federal Trade Commission [FTC] said in a new filing ahead of the upcoming showdown over the agency's request for a preliminary injunction.
Last week, the FTC requested a restraining order temporarily blocking the $68.7 billion deal ahead of a hearing beginning on June 22. Leading up to this week's hearing, Microsoft, Activision, and the FTC were able to submit opinions on the matter.

Originally slated to release in July, Immortals has been pushed back about a month to August 22. This follows what Ascendant Studios calling "inspiring" reactions at PlayStation Showcase and Summer Games Fest.
