Originally muted due to a ton of racist comments.
I only bothered with it when it annoyed other players enough to ask him to stop.
He then changed his faction tag to
HailHitler
BurntJews
then finally, KKK.
Warned him serveral times, muted him for random spam. Then after using /me to avoid the mute I had no other choice but to ban.
