Regarding the upcoming 1.9 patch

Since Notch was so kind as to rush things up it seems that the 1.9 patch is maybe 2 weeks away. My question and main concern is: will the map get reset again? I am sure most of us put a bit of effort in building bases and we have grown quite attached to our creations.Would be a such pitty to lose them after spending so little quality time together.

This has been addressed bud. everything chunck build (that are actually used) will be put ion the new 1.9 server. dont worry.

To reply to this in a less retarded fashion (@Eric I suggest you install Word and type out your sentences in there first..lol) no, the map will not be reset. We will be regenerating parts of the map, but your buildings will be safe.
