personally to me it looks like he's just outside of it and i didn't think you could take damage from arrows from spawn.

He's not outside of spawn he's before the glowstone where you can't take damage. And you can take damage from arrows in spawn.

You can't hurt someone if you're in spawn and shooting out, therefore he must of gone back in after shooting you.

Yeah well I'm getting tired of little bitches crying to us every time someone shoots them from spawn. There is a VERY simple solution. DON'T SIT NEAR SPAWN WAITING TO BE SHOT.

There's nothing wrong with sarcasm. From 5 to 24 is a bit much. And she didn't let me in before because she didn't want to die so she could have said something about it before. It's not like her teammate couldn't kill me. It was her claimed land. Also if i didn't do it for fun why would i do it?
