Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser, the writer behind the studio's biggest franchises, has said Red Dead Redemption 2 is the best video game he ever worked on. In an exclusive interview with IGN on Saturday, September 27, at LA Comic Con, we asked Houser which of all the worlds and stories created by the studio over the years still stood out for him. Dawn of War 4 got a new gameplay trailer over the weekend, and while excitement continues generally for the upcoming real-time strategy game, the video has sparked a number of complaints from some within the Warhammer 40,000 community. EA Reportedly Closing in on $50 Billion Deal to Go Private

EA is reportedly closing in on a $50 billion deal to go private in what could become the biggest leveraged buyout of all time. Details on what could be a monumental shift for the Madden and Battlefield publisher come from a Wall Street Journal report. The site’s sources say investors include private-equity firm Silver Lake and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). Affinity Partners, an investment firm led by Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is also said to be in the mix. Dying Light: The Beast has rolled out a hotfix to ensure all players who pre-ordered the game can get their Kyle Crane Legacy Skin. This means that if you've updated to version 1.2.2, you only have to check your in-game stash to find it.
