Ok well I told him only a some days ago on the 4th of September to create an appeal on the forums, any questions or help needed, ask now. He said ok. Now it comes to today and he's spamming again avoiding the mute. I told him to create an appeal again today and after a while telling me to unmute him tells me he doesn't know how to post an appeal. After a little more i'm told he doesn't actually have an account. I said to go create one... and the unmute requests start again. So I have banned him and anyone who wants to take this up, can take this up with me. Kid's gotta learn.
