Well if people want to make videos, why not give them a central place to upload them to and make sure they get viewed? Or post them on their own channel and send them to Noodle or someone to upload them to the BoN channel? I mean every view on the channel is someone that could join a BoN server and potentially donate. Even if every video only gets around 200 views, that's a good amount of people that now know that we exist.
