point_and_laugh not rightfully

I've been banned because i logged in on my friends computer and he get banned... i would like to be able to play still seeing how I've done nothing wrong. also recently i told an admin and posted about finding 21 and a half stacks of diamond blocks instead of taking them i reported them... i really would like to be able to play.
