[DISCUSSION] IRC Intergration

I know that suggestions on this technology have been made before; I felt the need To bring this up again because it has so much potential going un-tapped in terms of linking text communication cross-server. It would allow people who, for reasons only disclosed to themselves, can not or will not use teamspeak, to still be a part of the wider community via IRC integration.

sounds sweet, should have one or teamspeak too.

Cross servers eh? Might get slightly confusing. Should look at changing colour of players names to distinguish whether or not they are on the same server as you.

My question is, can IRC can be integrated with the text chat of a particular teamspeak channel?



If not then disregard this as meaningless babble written up on a 6 hour car ride across South Australia.

Make happen? The IRC population will increase as people will actually be having conversations on ts.
