Whoops. I can't change the title but the title should be BB005 and Skyzoo- Refusing to Speak in English in Global Chat and Possibly Pvp Hacks
Hello. I'm here today to report 2 players: BB005 and Skyzoo.
The first one is BB005. He logged on and started to talk in Spanish. After telling him to speak in English and attempting to co-operate by speaking in Google Translate Spanish, he continued to do so.

The second one is Skyzoo. He claimed to be one of BB005's friends. I suspect him of PvP hacks. I tried to record but I was too late and he killed me before FRAPS started recording. Please check the anti-PvP logs as I believe in this strongly. Anyways, he also spoke in Spanish and refused to co-operate.
