5 Hour Mute Appeal

Hi, I was just muted for 5 hours for speaking Swedish in global chat. It's kind of embarrassing because I didn't notice until I couldn't post any more. I didn't do it on purpose, I thought i was speaking in faction chat, and somehow I missed the warning (were there a warning?)

U think being muted for 5 hours is bad? i was muted yesterday and im still muted today!
