Rudeism on Twitter has modded Sifu to work with a motion controller, and it looks like a kung fu dream come true.
Rudesim, who also modded a Fisher-Price game controller to work on PC and played Elden Ring with it, made Sifu work with a controller that can detect his punches and parries in-game.
You can see Rudeism testing out his new mod in the video below, and you can see the joy in his face as he realizes how well it translates to the game.
The mod also looks to be a great alternative for those who have gotten all they can out of games like Ring Fit Adventure, as he gets a great workout while playing Sifu in a new way.

Tony Hawk has confirmed that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 was planned to follow in the slipstream of the successful 2020 remake of the original two games, but the project died following Activision’s decision to officially merge developer Vicarious Visions into Blizzard.
The skateboarding legend discussed the decision to abandon plans for more remakes during a Twitch livestream with Andy Gentile, a former Neversoft designer who also served as senior designer on THPS1+2.
“That was the plan; even up until the release day of [Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2], we were going 3 + 4,” said Hawk. “And then Vicarious [Visions] got kind of absorbed, and then they were looking for other developers, and then it was over.”

A new patent that was submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office by the Valve Corporation reveals an abstract and blueprints of a rumored new virtual reality headset that is similar to the Meta Quest and Quest 2.
The patent was submitted in December of 2021 and was published on June 16, 2022. The 53-page document includes an abstract describing the physical product and images of the headsets' components. The product is not named, but it does have a title of "Head-Mounted Display."

Diablo Immortal’s release in China has been pushed back, just days before it was due to launch. The official line is that the development team needs more time to optimise the game, but the delay comes in the wake of the banning of Blizzard’s Chinese social media account.
Over the weekend, a new press release on the Chinese Blizzard website explained that the Diablo Immortal development team needs to make a number of optimisation adjustments, including support for a wider range of devices, improving render quality, and other network and performance improvements. A company that develops cheat codes for Destiny 2 has agreed to pay Bungie $13.5 million in damages in a move that will end a copyright infringement lawsuit.
The company has also agreed to a permanent injunction against the creation of any new cheating software for Destiny 2 or any other Bungie game.

As reported by Eurogamer, YouTuber OmegaFantasy has not only swapped out the models of God of War's Kratos and Atreus for The Last of Us' Joel and Ellie, but they have also replaced Kratos' Leviathan Axe with a modified pipe more suited for Joel and have turned the Draugrs into Clickers.

Diablo Immortal appears to be off to a strong start, as the mobile-focused take on the Blizzard franchise has generated over $24 million USD in revenue in its first two weeks.
As reported by PCGamesN, industry tracking website AppMagic has shared some interesting tidbits of data for the free-to-play Diablo Immortal alongside the microtransactions details, including that the USA and South Korea have spent the most money and that the game has been downloaded more than five million times.

Before Google scaled back first-party development for Stadia, its video game streaming platform, two games were reportedly in the works for the platform: Supermassive's The Quarry and Squanch's High On Life.
According to Axios, both games were in development at the tech giant before Google closed its internal development studios, with The Quarry subsequently being picked up by 2K. When its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, was asked by Axios about Google, the rep simply stated that the publisher was happy with its decision and that the studio "was looking for a publishing partner as the project came to completion."

The 1997 film adaptation of Starship Troopers featured a lot of space soldiers dying terribly to show how having an entire society based on enlisting in the military to go fight aliens is… pretty bad, really. So it's odd that for at least half of the 19-mission campaign of Starship Troopers: Terran Command, I rarely lost a soldier. That's not a brag. These bugs are just that forgiving early on. Work has already started on Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3, which will cap off Square Enix's trilogy when it's released sometime after 2023.
Nomura confirmed that "some development has already begun" on the as-yet unnamed third title in a note following today's livestream.
"I myself have started on the development and am working toward the completion of the series," Nomura wrote in a two-part message on Twitter.
His note followed the first trailer for Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth, which offered a glimpse of the anticipated follow-up to Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Square Enix also announced Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, a remake of the PSP spin-off slated to release on PS4, PS5, Xbox, Switch, and PC sometime this winter.

Forza Motosport 8 is getting a number of exciting features including realtime ray tracing and an all-new career mode according to today's Forza Monthly livestream.
The information comes from the game's Creative Director, Chris Esaki. According to Esaki, the game will sport a full night and day cycle and varying weather forecasts for all tracks. These will only be enhanced by the game's realtime ray tracing. These tracks, whether they're new or returning, have been built from the ground up for this iteration of Forza.

After conducting its own internal investigation, Activision Blizzard's Board of Directors claims it has found 'no evidence' to suggest that its senior executives and its own members ignored or downplayed gender harassment.
