Lies of P's awkward dodging button will be fixed before the game launches, developer Neowiz Games has confirmed.
A Q&A with director Jiwon Choi was uploaded to Lies of P's YouTube, who explained the development team have heard fan feedback regarding the dodging in the game.

After a very long wait, Vampire Survivors is finally headed to Nintendo Switch.

Microsoft's actions following its acquisition of ZeniMax and Bethesda is "powerful evidence" in favor of preventing the company's purchase of Activision Blizzard, the Federal Trade Commission [FTC] said in a new filing ahead of the upcoming showdown over the agency's request for a preliminary injunction.
Last week, the FTC requested a restraining order temporarily blocking the $68.7 billion deal ahead of a hearing beginning on June 22. Leading up to this week's hearing, Microsoft, Activision, and the FTC were able to submit opinions on the matter.

Dota 2 is hitting its 10th anniversary this year, and Valve is doing something no other game dev has done for their live-service games: getting rid of the Battle Pass.
Valve detailed its future plans for Dota 2 in the game's official blog post on Monday, which included ditching the battle pass system. Electronic Arts is undergoing a major internal shakeup, announcing today in a message from CEO Andrew Wilson that it is realigning its major studios and its leadership structure in an effort to "empower our creative teams."

Immortals of Aveum, EA's upcoming magic FPS, is being delayed to "add more PC functionality" among other updates.
Originally slated to release in July, Immortals has been pushed back about a month to August 22. This follows what Ascendant Studios calling "inspiring" reactions at PlayStation Showcase and Summer Games Fest.
"As you know, this is our first game as a self-funded independent studio," the studio wrote in a blog post. "We set out five years ago to ambitiously make an original Magic FPS in a new fantasy world. CD Projekt has released another patch for Cyberpunk 2077 that addresses a ton of bugs on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
Outlined on the game's website, patch 1.63 addresses several dozen issues still present in the game including bugs that stopped progression, text that appeared the wrong way in mirrors, misbehaving photo mode filters, and more.
The Xbox version of Cyberpunk 2077 gets specific changes of its own too. An issue that affected Xbox Series performance after playing for an extended period of time has now been addressed, and CD Projekt has changed the number of available save slots to 20 for manual saves and 10 for Point of No Return saves. Halo Infinite has scrapped its story-driven seasonal cutscenes. The news comes after significant lay-offs at developer 343 Industries earlier this year.
In a tweet, below, community director Brian Jarrard explained 343 made the "trade-off" to make further gameplay improvements instead of new story content for Halo Infinite.

Even with all the wild genre mashups I've seen over the last several years, I don't think I could have ever predicted a survival horror RTS. And that's basically what Aliens: Dark Descent boils down to, adding stealth elements and tense resource management to its isometric, squad-based tactical action. When it's fully locked and loaded, it captures the essence of the 1986 film Aliens better than any game in ages. But slimy, fun-bursting technical issues show their creepy heads too often for Dark Descent to be a smooth ride.
