Ubisoft has finally fixed the Windows 11 versions of Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Origins but Odyssey remains broken.
The Ubisoft games broken by Windows 11 version 24H2 in November are therefore now, almost, fully fixed. While Ubisoft released updates to Viking era England-set Valhalla and Ancient Egypt-set Origins, Ancient Greece-set Odyssey is still without a fix.

Leaker NateTheHate, who this week reported that Nintendo is set to reveal Switch 2 on January 16, also reported in a separate podcast that Microsoft will finally bring Halo to PlayStation in the form of a PlayStation 5 port of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, as well as a release on Switch 2. Baldur’s Gate 3 developer Larian has said it’s now fully focused on its next game, promising a “media blackout” for the foreseeable future.
While the hotly anticipated Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch 8 is due out this year for the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game, Larian has said its “full attention” is on the next big thing.
Last week, Larian boss Swen Vincke tweeted to briefly reflect on the studio’s journey so far, which has seen Baldur’s Gate 3 receive tremendous critical and commercial success. “But the story ain't over yet,” Vincke added.

The original Romance of the Three Kingdoms novel has inspired countless adaptations, to the point where it can be hard to make these now familiar characters and stories fresh again. But after spending 60 hours with Dynasty Warriors: Origins, its rebooted tale of politics, war, and diplomacy felt almost as new as the first time I discovered it. It ups the scale of its battles beyond what even this series has been known for, with more enemies on screen than ever before to truly create that “1 vs. 1000” fantasy. Pair that with improved visuals, a much deeper and more refined focus on its combat, impressive storytelling, and a wealth of postgame content and Origins has easily become my favorite Dynasty Warriors yet.
