Suicide Squad's Deluxe Edition Is Currently Cheaper Than Its Standard $70 Version on PS5

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League's Deluxe Edition, which includes the upcoming Battle Pass alongside the base game, is currently down to $59.99 for PlayStation 5 users. That's a $40 drop in price compared to its $99.99 MSRP, and $10 cheaper than its standard edition which is still $69.99 on the PlayStation Store (this is also available at the same prices in the UK).

That's good news for anyone looking to pick up the game before the Season One and Joker content drop on March 28, especially as you can get the Justice League Outfits, Black Mask Notorious Weapons, Squad Golds Weapon Dolls, a Battle Pass Token, No Shade Color Swatches at what is an effectively significantly reduced price.

If you're going to buy the game, it's a no-brainer that you should opt for the Deluxe Edition on PS5 right now. Even if you weren't originally interested in the deluxe content, just consider it included with the base game and that you're saving $10 on your purchase instead -- happy days.

As already announced, Rocksteady won’t release a patch for Suicide Squad this week to focus on getting the game ready for the launch of Season One later in March. The first season launches just under two months after Rocksteady’s embattled live-service looter shooter came out, and just two weeks after Rocksteady parent company Warner Bros. Discovery admitted Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League "has fallen short of our expectations".

Otherwise, if Suicide Squad isn't your cup of tea, more gaming deal news right now includes the Spider-Man 2 and CoD PS5 bundles dropping to just $450, alongside a great deal on Helldivers 2, or even Mario Day discounts.
