Just like to announce the promotion of:

To the post of Mediator for a trial period of two weeks.

After this period we will evaluate their positions again.



During this probation period please run any bans through a senior staff member (you should always do this as a Mediator anyway)

I advise reading Tanja's mediating thread, SeaRex's mediating thread and also Erskews recent applications thread. These threads will help in no end to show not only how to deal with situations actions wise, but also a fair few techniques in simple diplomacy. Good luck and if you need anything, give us a shout.

If you have to ask that, you do not meet the requirements to be staff.



also Legend =/= Staff

It is a donator's rank.

M1 I know legend isn't a staff rank, I did not mean that it was. Also, thank you for helping me out. I forgot it but then remember.
