Shotgunboy0130 Ban Appeal

I was banned today (11/6/2011) for using an X-ray texture pack (I found lots of dirt in case you were wondering) after about 5 minutes I switched back to my normal texture pack (Doku-craft) I swear that everything I have found (besides some dirt) was found without using that texture pack. I am terribly sorry for cheating. Although I read the rules and nothing about texture packs was said. Although I guess its technically using and x-ray mod (just 100 times as less useful) Also I was told to take this up on the forums so I assumed this was right (making an appeal not the texture pack)

Its been around 48 hours if not more and Im still not unbanned? I know a second chance is a privelge but Id like to be told if the second chance is taken away.
