Capcom's Pragmata has received a pretty substantial discount at Amazon, with the unusual sci-fi action game now available for just $39.99 on Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox.
That's $20 off its $59.99 list price, and makes this a particularly tempting time to check out one of 2026's more unusual action games.
PSA: You'll Need an Amazon Prime Membership!
If you don't have an annual Prime membership, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial if you're new, or $15 for one month if you've been a past member.
If you're a student, Amazon is giving you a break as well, as students and anyone under the age of 24 can get a 6-month trial at zero cost, and then 50% off the annual membership.
The discount is part of Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days sale, which runs through October 7. Yes, that means this deal will expire by the end of today. So, better act fast if you've been looking to play it.
Now, Pragmata is difficult to neatly categorise, which is probably part of what makes it so interesting. At its core, it's a third-person action game, but Capcom has mixed its shooting with a real-time hacking system that lets you solve puzzles while you're in the middle of combat.
That combination works surprisingly well, according to IGN's Michael Higham, who awarded Pragmata an 8/10 in our review.
"Pragmata is a video game-ass video game," Higham wrote, praising its old-school approach to level design and pacing, as well as its satisfying shooting and distinctive puzzle mechanics.
At $39.99, Pragmata is now a much easier game to recommend if you've been curious about Capcom's latest experiment but weren't quite ready to pay full price.
The $20 saving isn't the biggest discount we've seen during Prime Big Deal Days, but for an 8/10 game with a genuinely unusual gameplay hook, this is a solid opportunity to give it a shot.

If Pragmata isn't quite your thing, there are plenty of other games discounted during Amazon's sale. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is just $16.99 on PS5, while Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is down to $19.99 and The Blood of Dawnwalker is $59.49.
