Noodle's Signature

I've recently noticed Noodle's new signature.



I've also come to the conclusion that Noodle likes to go into hospitals, then find a skinny male, and proceed to slap him in the face. When the patient gets mad, he slaps them again, and says "umad?".



The patient then cries, and what happens after a a (prediction) 10 minutes period of extreme awkwardness. OR, 10 minutes of violent rape.



And that is what I think Noodle means by "This is how we do it"

I'm confused as to how the 10 minutes of rape isn't met with extreme awkwardness as well? ​

Or is the conversation during rape similar to that of the casual "water cooler" talk at the office?​

I always get those mixed up.​
