Glitching Through walls into chest

Recently i was in a quarrel with another faction whos name I will not slander. Everything was going fine i killed some people stole some Armour. a war i needed to get my faction on the map, show i can be feared. Everything was fine until someone decided to gltich into my chest steal the diamond Armour and try to escape. As soon as i metioned hacking claims they immediately tele ported away and tried to ally me, so they knew they were in the wrong. I really dont want anyone banned or anything i just want the items back and a name. no bans are necessary i believe that in order to bring people into the server you have to keep people here. thanks
