is te result of our transition outward frum the big bang n' dis does nut relate 2 da spatial dimension, it is considerd 2 occur in a diferent dimension called de time dimension n' as we kno independant dimensions are perpendicular 2 each other. dis means dat time's maximum speed is the speed of light, however sinc time is relevant teh speed of tim would be relative to teh muvin object.
