Forgive me if this has been discussed previously, But I think we should start to set a time each week for people to go on the BoN Minecraft server's and work on them together so we can get them started sooner.
Maybe have different Thread's or conversations including a group of people in roughly the same timezone, or have several occasions during the week where player's can gather at certain times to help out in the server's.
I'm not too sure if I'm explaining it right but here is an example.
Four staff members set a time each that they can keep each week in which to work on the servers.
The normal member's decide which time would be best suited to their lifestyle.
Each week the Staff member's in charge of that time slot are given goals in Minecraft, say to build a bridge, a town, or terraform a landscape.
The Staff member and the normal members gather at this same session each week to help further our progress in the server's.
These time sessions can also help the member's to get to know each other better, the staff to understand the strengths in each member and distinguish between the people that would actually contribute to the server's and the ones that don't rock up for the designated time often enough.
A negative about this system is that it would begin to form division's between the BoN member's as they will form friendships between those in their own group and not socialise so much with other members.
