I still mean this all the same, this time I brought more reasons for me to be unbanned to the table.

I would like to say i know that i have appealed twice before but i honestly won't hack again. Seeing that Minecraft has updated to 1.8 there are no hacks out so it is impossible for me to hack. I sincerely apologize for hacking before and honestly think i deserve one last chance. I really enjoyed playing on this server and hope you reconsider.

In this case it was his first offence, I believed he would not do it again. You have offended multiple times.

He was spamming "zzzzzz" a few times. This is hardly as bad as downloading a mod, installing it, and then abusing it to gain an advantage.

Also you were recently banned again for ban evasion by VelocityShot (Report).

This ban appeal is denied on account on further disregard of our rules.

I would agree, but look at how many times Jord was unbanned for similar or the exact same stuff. And dasb00t isn't nearly as disrespectful as Jord was, and I'm sure you will all attest to that. His persistance of attempts at getting back on the server do show some hope for change, would he try to get back on this much if all he wanted to do was use PvP cheats? No, he'd find some other server and hack it up there. Make dasb00t greet every person that comes online, and answer any questions asked about the server by noobs. If he doesn't give out one troll answer, or do anything malevolent, you could let him start playing again.

All I say on this matter is that I did not say to unban but said that this is no longer my subject as i'm no longer doing the admin stuff on Aggression. Secondly you have also avoided ban before using "TyGuy"'s account. This is under Tom's ruling now but there's the info from me.
