I don't think you realize, you shouldn't report someone if you don't like them, you should report someone for doing something wrong. Also, you did something wrong, and you didn't really provide any proof against this person, so you get jailed, and they don't.

I have seen a multiude of posts by you bart stating that you don't like certain members and that you wish them jailed for that reason. Can I suggest that (and M1 will certainly back me on this) that anything bart says from this day forward is taken with alot of caution.
