For the uninitiated, it’s a bit like Baldur’s Gate 3, but set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. IGN’s <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/warhammer-40000-rogue-trader-review" target="_blank">Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader review</a> returned an 8/10. We said: “Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is an ultra crunchy, 130-hour space epic with excellent writing and combat, but unfortunately, also a lot of bugs.”</p><p></p><p>The Nintendo Switch 2 version was announced at <a href="https://www.ign.com/events/fanfest" target="_blank"><u>IGN Fall Fan Fest 2025</u></a> with a new trailer, below. No release date was mentioned.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Since the launch of Rogue Trader, Owlcat Games has updated the game with a number of patches and DLCs, most recently June’s Lex Imperialis expansion, and it currently sits on a 'very positive' user review rating on Steam.</p><p></p><p>Here's the official blurb on Rogue Trader:</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>That’s not all from Owlcat at IGN Fan Fest, either.
