Vampire Survivors Officially Coming to PlayStation, Contra DLC Revealed

Eventually, Vampire Survivors developer and publisher Luca "Poncle" Galante would port the project onto Xbox, mobile devices, and the <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/vampire-survivors-finally-headed-to-nintendo-switch-with-couch-co-op" target="_blank">Nintendo Switch</a> in 2022 and 2023, respectively.</p><p></p><p>In addition to various ports released over the last two years since its initial release, the development team has stayed busy providing new content to keep players coming back for more. In December 2022, the development team announced <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/vampire-survivors-legacy-of-the-moonspell-is-the-indie-hits-first-major-expansion" target="_blank">Legacy of the Moonspell</a>, the first major DLC expansion for Vampire Survivors, with a second DLC released in April 2023 subtitled <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/vampire-survivors-second-expansion-arrives-in-april" target="_blank">Tides of the Foscari</a>.</p><p></p><p>In <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/vampire-survivors-1-review" target="_blank">our review of Vampire Survivors 1.0</a>, IGN wrote: "Need a game to play while listening to podcasts? This is it. Vampire Survivors is outwardly simple but turns out to be an incredibly deep hole to fall down – though it's not without extended dull periods when you get ahead of its curve.'</p><p></p><p>Beyond its achievements in its original medium, nearly a year ago, Story Kitchen announced that it was teaming up with Poncle to adapt Vampire Survivors <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/vampire-survivors-getting-animated-tv-show" target="_blank">into an animated TV series</a>.
