"As such, it will be available to all owners of Dying Light 2: Stay Human Ultimate Edition at no extra cost. Thank you for your patience and we hope you like what we’re cooking up."</p><p></p><p>The offer is seemingly intended for those who originally purchased the Ultimate Edition looking forward to the second Story DLC, however, and not just a freebie for any fan of the franchise.</p><p></p><p>Dying Light: The Beast is a full standalone adventure that started life as DLC 2</p><p></p><p>It's unclear how much The Beast will cost, though <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/new-dying-light-officially-announced-at-gamescom-2024" target="_blank">a press release from Techland originally said it would be $39.99</a> before it followed up to say that information was incorrect.
