Our first unofficial glimpse came in the <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/bethesda-seemingly-confirms-starfields-shattered-space-expansion-focuses-on-house-varuun" target="_blank">Starfield May 2024 update video</a>, where we got a quick snippet of a development team member working on an unseen purple-hued planet.</p><p></p><p>Alongside a first look at the Shattered Space expansion, Bethesda Game Studios also confirmed that a new free update for Starfield <a href="https://x.com/BethesdaStudios/status/1799853597041062153" target="_blank">will arrive later today</a>.
