"In order to play the full game, an in-app purchase is required."</p><p></p><p>Resident Evil 2 will be available on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, and all subsequent mobile releases from Apple. All silicon-powered iPads and Macs will support the game too, and buying on any of these platforms grants access on the others.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Touch controls will be supported but the listing says a fully functional video game controller is recommended. "It can be played on an iPad, but using a controller will provide a better experience," the page said.</p><p></p><p>The Resident Evil 2 remake arrived in 2019 as, unsurprisingly, a remake of the original from 1998.
