Faction Leader - MonroeD
Purpose - Raptors hunt in packs, are as thick as thieves, and as fast as ninjas. This faction will hunt down other factions, raid their bases, and leave no trace of evidence. It's an enemy to everyone, and will kill you on sight for the thrill of the hunt. As always, the other two raptors - you didn't even know were there...
Base Location - I'll give you a hint: More than ±1000,±1000 and less than ±4000,±4000.
Recruitment - If I see anyone doing exceptional work as a solo PvPer, I will ask to recruit you.
