Mojang Studios and Merlin Entertainments announced their plans for a $70 million project based on a gaming titan during Minecraft Live March 2026 today. Although plans for its debut at Chessington World of Adventures in Greater London are still coming together, future attendees are told to expect a park inspired by iconic biomes, mobs, items, and more. You can see concept art for Minecraft World, which features wooden houses, Creepers, TNT blocks, and even a Nether dining area, below. “Minecraft World represents a meaningful milestone in our ongoing journey to expand the Minecraft universe,” senior creative director of entertainment at Minecraft, Torfi Frans Ólafsson, said in a statement. “We're thrilled to have partnered with Merlin Entertainments to realize a place where you can literally be in the Minecraft Overworld and have an adventure of your own with your family and friends.
