That's on Game Pass Standard, Game Pass Ultimate, and PC Game Pass, for cloud, console and PC.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>ORIGINAL STORY:</strong> Microsoft has teased the addition of Spyro the Dragon to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.</p><p></p><p>In a thinly veiled X/Twitter post from Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft published a short teaser showing a chest, with the message: “Hey uhh who left this chest here?”</p><p></p><p>The official Spyro account replied with those eyes that mean something is definitely happening but hasn’t been properly announced yet.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>This is all pointing to a Game Pass launch for Toys for Bob’s well-received collection <a href="https://www.ign.com/games/spyro-reignited-trilogy" target="_blank">Spyro: Reignited Trilogy</a>, which launched in 2018 to critical acclaim. It includes remakes of the first three games in the Spyro series: Spyro the Dragon (1998); Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! (1999); and Spyro: Year of the Dragon (2000). As of September 2023, Spyro: Reignited Trilogy had sold over 10 million copies.</p><p></p><p><a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/microsoft-confirms-xbox-game-pass-wave-1-november-2024-lineup" target="_blank">Wave 1 of Game Pass' November 2024 lineup</a> wraps up with the November 19 day one launch of <a href="https://www.ign.com/games/microsoft-flight-simulator-2024" target="_blank">Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024</a>, which means Microsoft is set to announce Wave 2 soon.</p><p></p><p></p><p>The addition of Spyro to Game Pass would continue the drip-feed release of Activision Blizzard games on the subscription service following Microsoft’s $69 billion acquisition of the company last year.
