Logged in as someone else?

I was with my faction raiding someone and my minecraft crashed and so i relogged back in and i was somewhere completely different with a complete different inventory inside a base and i was kill immediately. my original items were lost and my other new inventory was taken. also has not happened since originally did. not the end of the world but i don't want it to be found how to use and abused...

Yeah, you logged in in my base. Me and mattd22 killed you, because well, you were in our base 😛. We thought you glitched in because you were carrying an enderpearl. We thought you had done the exploit when you quickly click on he door and throw the pearl.

I think this happend to one of my friends, He was in my base working with me, Next thing he is in the nether dying.
