Lies of P, the Twisted Pinocchio Action Game, Will Release This August

There's also a lot of footage of what seems to be the Blue Fairy, a creature who serves as a guide to Pinocchio in the original story but who, given the sinister plot of Lies of P, may not be entirely trustworthy this time.</p><p></p><p></p><p>With this, we've now seen most of the main cast members people associate with the traditional (or Disney) Pinocchio story, including Geppetto and a companion that <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/new-lies-of-p-trailer-shows-geppetto-and-more-at-gamescom-opening-night-live" target="_blank">may or may not be a nod to Jiminy Cricket.</a> But it's still a mystery how much this will deviate from what we know about the little wooden boy, who largely didn't have to fight off any Lovecraftian horrors in his original tale.</p><p></p><p></p><p>We've seen a lot of Lies of P's Souls-like combat now though, as well as it's "lie" system where choices to lie or not, as well as how to lie, in different situations will impact the story.</p><p></p><p>Lies of P is coming out in August for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.
