The $99.99 Ultimate Edition is reportedly set to come with seven days of early access starting on September 20, with EA Play subscribers once again set for a 10-hour trial.</p><p></p><p>Platforms are unannounced, but expect FC 25 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PC, and Nintendo Switch, as last year’s game was.</p><p></p><p>EA’s soccer outings were previously known as FIFA but saw <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/fifa-name-change-ea-sports-fc" target="_blank"><u>a shift following the expiration of a nearly 30-year partnership with the FIFA brand</u></a>. The fallout has resulted in the name change to EA Sports FC and a <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/ea-sports-fcs-new-logo-is-here-and-its-very-pointy" target="_blank"><u>new logo</u></a> as the series has moved to kick off a new beginning.
