Disclosure: Humble Bundle is owned by Ziff Davis, the parent company of IGN. Humble Bundle and IGN operate completely independently, and no special consideration is given to Humble Bundle announcements or promotions for coverage. Humble Games revealed a slate of new games as part of its publishing arm. Here are all the games Humble announced as part of the show including a sequel to Monaco, a 2D hack-and-slash, and a reintroduction to a musical adventure.
Monaco 2
Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine is an early success story of the indie boom. Now nearly 10 years after the release of the first game, Pocketwatch Games has officially started development on a true sequel. The developers say they're aiming to make the most comprehensive heist game ever. Development is still early, but Pocketwatch is promising to stream their development on their Twitch channel.
Stray Gods
Originally announced as Chorus: An Adventure Music, the newly renamed Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical is back with a new focus and bigger scope. Stray Gods stars Grace, a young woman who inherits the powers of the Last Muse in Greek Mythology. Now, she comes face-to-face with the legends of Greek Myth where players choice in conversation and in music will determine the outcome.
Coral Island
Grow your farm, plant your crops, grow relationships, and protect the reefs on Coral Island. The new 3D life sim. Explore a vast and vibrant island with activities to do both on land and below the sea.
Moonscars
A bloody new 2D side-scrolling hack-and-slash adventure. Play as a failed god who must avenge his way through a dark fantasy world. Take on terrifying enemies and large bosses in this new game from a new development team.
Ghost Song
A new, melancholy 2D Metroidvania. Explore a vast planet in Ghost Song and discover the secrets of your forgotten identity. Explore the planet, discover new items, and backtrack in this narrative-driven game from developer Old Moon.
SIGNALIS
Tribeca Festival 2021 selection SIGNALIS revealed a new trailer for this upcoming survival horror sci-fi game. Like the earlier trailers, SIGNALIS is leaning hard into the psychological aspects of the genre, and looks to be plenty spooky for being a 2D pixel game.
Infinite Guitars
An RPG driven by guitars. Play as a touring band who must fight their way through this open world by combining rhythm mechanics and combat.
Chinatown Detective Agency
Chinatown Detective Agency is finally being released on April 7. The mystery adventure game set in Singapore will explore the criminal underworld with a cast of characters each with their own motivations.
The Iron Oath
A 2D spiritual successor to the Heroes of Might and Magic tactics games. Move your mercenaries through a hexagonal grid across a warring continent. The Iron Oath will be released in Early Access on April 19. 2022. Continue reading...
