Grand Theft Auto 6 isn't the only highly anticipated game to leak in the last few days as footage from an early version of Diablo 4 has now appeared online. As reported by PC Gamer, Reddit user iV1rus0 spotted two videos uploaded anonymously to a file sharing website, one containing five minutes of Diablo 4 footage and the other 38 minutes. It's unclear at what stage of development the footage is from, but given that several models within the game world are untextured, it is clearly far from a finished product. A lot of the game does appear to be functional, however, and the videos show what appears to be a Barbarian character exploring the world and battling enemies. Blizzard hasn't yet released a statement regarding the leak but IGN has reached out to the developer for comment. Diablo 4 is expected to be released in 2023 and Blizzard has been fairly vocal about its development progress, releasing quarterly updates on what players can expect from the action RPG. While it will only include five classes at launch, the developer has already confirmed that Diablo 4 will receive years of DLC. Diablo's leak appeared around the same time as dozens of videos of what seems to be GTA 6 also appeared online, showing robberies, gunplay, fully voiced conversations, and more. Ryan Dinsdale is an IGN freelancer. He'll talk about The Witcher all day. Continue reading...
