You also have access to an arsenal of new weapons, redesigned cyberware augmentations, a new skill tree, plus new perks and vehicles. The police response has been revamped, and they’ve added vehicular combat.</p><p></p><p>The developers are pitching Phantom Liberty as a spy-thriller adventure. Story-wise, V joins on as a government secret agent under the supervision of Solomon Reed, played by Idris Elba. You’re sent on a mission to rescue the NUS president.
