Recently, my faction has be harvesting ender pearls. I been messing around with them since we have an abundance of them, And I have found ways to teleport through some walls with them. I would rather show admins then explain here cause I dont want anyone to getting robbed because of this glitch.

People will get banned if they use glitches. Enderpearls are another thing to protect your base from, I personally believe it's interesting.
Because if you don't protect your base from being accessed by Enderpearls, RUSSIA is gonna come and take all your stuff. And not return it because we're the friendliest faction on the server.

They were intended by Mojang to be used as tp devices/items, which means they're legal. Complain to Notch or Jeb about this, not BoN Staff.

Have you tried your technique on a wall that is 2 blocks thick?

Actually no, Notch had no plans for them. Someone suggested they be used for tp and that's what he did.

Elphoop is right it is really easy to get through glass panes using pearls if there is at least 2 panes going up. You glitch inside them and can walk straight through them but i personally think Ender Pearls are interesting but can be annoying at times.
