Factions and Warzone

Well when I got on I saw RMM building stuff in our base and could open doors.and when i tried to go to an allies base it said they blocked us, I was wondering how did they do that?I kinda dont want to have 30,000 allies running around in our base at one time (having people grief our base doesnt help). So I was wondering how to block them. Also in Warzone I could attack allies and even my fello faction members. Any ways I havent seen Noodle make a statement yet about all of this yet.

and for the second thing it's because team killing is turned on at the moment, will probably be off later.
