i was banned for using the /hat to fix items. MadMockers was in teamspeak when i was asking people "Hey does anyone want me to /hat anything?" i told him what it meant and he said nothing about it. a few days later echo was in teamspeak and i said i was /hating my armor and echo said to ban me. Why should i be banned for something that a mod said was aware about and didn't tell me that it was against the rules?

MadMockers is a builder, not a Mod. But, if you were simply asking people if they wanted you to /hat something, then MadMockers most likely misinterpreted what you said. By what you've said, it sounds like you were exploiting the plugin to instantly repair things without using McMMO. Was MadMockers even actually there in teamspeak anyways? You can't really confirm that he approved of it, or even knew what you were doing, unless you actually recieved a responce from him. Now, dasb00t, it seems to me that you did this with full knowledge that you were exploiting the plugin and giving yourself a major advantage over others. Though it is not my decision, I would have to say that this appeal should be denied.

I was not aware that hatting armor would repair it, and as such I questioned you if you were allowed to do that. You responded with yes, which I interpretted as a mod/admin telling you that you were allowed to do it.
When echo heard about it today (the person who you said told you it was ok), he said it wasn't allowed. So not only does it appear that you were lying, it also appears that you were 100% aware that what you were doing was plugin abuse.
Also, you know full well that you are bending the truth in your OP. When you told me what it meant, I asked you if that was allowed. I didn't say nothing.

He has the right to ban you because Echo gave it to him. You're lucky you aren't permabanned with that kind of spam/plugin abuse.

As far as I know this was allowed. I believe I even asked noodle about it on teamspeak and they said that no one cares and you can do it... (I either asked noodle or Mad Mockers but since Mad Mockers didn't know what it was I guess I asked the wrong person.) I also asked several RMM members and they said it was allowed.
Also, wasn't it said that if Dasb00t was banned again that He would be banned on all BoN services and the RMM agreed to kick him out?
