Even then they could still just make a temp faction to /spawn, cause you wont be at war with a brand new faction they make

No, building bases gets boring. Reset every couple of patches. I like to spend more time pvping than buildings starting buildings every month:confused:

This risk being raided from the nether, but if the faction is active enough its not hard to just destroy the portal that might happen to spawn in their base by destroying one of its blocks.Keep blocks on your chests and they cant loot anything while your offline

Its a factions own fault if they dont box off their portal in its own room.

I meant people will be looking for and raiding the owning faction a lot so they can claim their land that owns the portal

I think it would be more beneficial to let players build nether portals. It expands the area of Nether that can be explored quicker. Bases can be at risk if they dont protect their nether room (Because of the random variable of coming back out into the above through a different portal).This...

Just to update on this thread instead of making a new one, I dont think there should be one at spawn, it supports more pvp if people are fighting over territory of the portals.

Make 2 artificial lakes. 1 full of water, the other an empty pit. Then make him move the water bucket by bucket to the empty lake.

After the first wipe we claimed everything again as GSO2. I get on like jan 3 I think and shits fucked again. GSO2 has 1 member set as a mod of the faction instead of admin/leader. GSO2 only has like the walls claimed. So I claim the tower at least with the new tag.The forums said message...

I DID message Echo about faction and members and nothing happened no replies.

The first faction wipe fucked up our place. we made GSO2 and claimed the land again all good. 2nd wiped happened and GSO2 has half of the land claimed still with 1 member and it wont let him unclaim it. GSOagain is my current tag I got the lava tower claimed. Now FourTowers has claimed the rest...
